glad your happy benny :)

im hoping to have everything required for hyrbiding in about 2 months, so expect a call bill :)

also do you supply the required bits bill? or do we need to come to you with everything bar the map?

i can do, or you can do...
only thing i will say, based on the number of cars I see that come to me that were assembled elsewhere with "issues", be prepared for me to say this and that aint right if it aint right, as I wont risk your car when mapping it, if its got an assembly or component issue. I can fix stuff for sure, but it wont be for free and will take time. sometimes the perceived saving does'nt work out that way by the time some issues are resolved. If its not right I cannot map it. (will not map it - you wont thank me if it goes wrong)

I'm pretty flexible, so can supply stuff and fit or just map (subject to the above comment)

regards
bill

Thanks Bill. I did'nt even know you were doing your own software

Guessing you do stage 1 and stage 2 too?

I am REVO dealer, Custom Code dealer, and for stage 3 stuff I also have my own option now. Plenty of options for folk, be it REVO,CC or mine...

Stage 1 & 2 will remain as option on REVO or CC.
Stage 3 is mine or CC3 whichever is appropriate or requested of me.

It is quality outcome which is the important factor.
regards
bill

Sounds like your happy benny. Definatly worth the extra $$$ then?

May be in touch shortly regarding more information. Looking into this myself shortly as bored of ko3s power. Dont really want to go in the relms of doing internals either so this sort of power would be ideal i think.

Any idea on rough price its cost you going from ko3s to hybrid? If you dont mind me asking. jad a quick search the weekend but prob ask a few more questions to clarify exactly what is needed what needs changing etc. Dont want to think im all set then have car off road while saving for another part.

Worth the money for sure, i took a mate out in it last night, and his words where its fecking LOOPY! And hes used to driving his brothers P1!

I dont know an exact sum but i think it cost in the region of £600 once i had sold all the bits that had been removed, i think you could budget in the region of £1500 if doing it from scratch and fitting it yourself.

Small Update,

As im in the process of removing what ever i feel the need to go in the engine bay, today was the washer bottles turn.

It turned out to be a pretty neat install, all wires have been ran down and along the inside of the drivers side trim exiting in the corner of the back seats with minimal wire on show.

The bottle is a ebay bargain, with a whopping 1.2ltr capacity, the oe VAG pump fitted to the bottle with no mods which was a bonus as i didnt fancy using the pump that came with it .

As i dont run a rear washer i connected the pump to the existing rear pipe and connected the two washer pipes in the bay together and it works perfectly fine.

These are the two pipes incase anybody is thinking of doing the same, alot eaiser that running a silicone hose from the front of the car to the rear.

Couple of pics of the reloaction, excuse the mess in the boot ive been in and out of it all this afternoon!

Just need the black wire cover to turn up to finish off the wires going to the plug.

Heres what i started with down to what im using now, BIG difference!

As the washer bottle has now gone from the front, it was left looking abit messywith all the wires on show, so i spent most of yesterday performing a wire tuck down the drivers side, its completed just waiting for some black wire cover to arrive before i take any pics. It was a total pain as id been advised but well worth it once all cleaned up and taped wires coverd.

Pics to follow.

I believe PhilW has his washer bottle hidden in the bumper somehow. Couldn't you have done the same? Bet the engine bay looks neater now. Not sure about the bottle attached to the seat, what if you decide to remove rears ;)

LOL, Phils washer bottle is a coke bottle under the scuttle panel. I prefered to be neater.

'IF' i decide to remove the rear seats wires will be extended and ill either make a nice carpeted box to hold my WMI and washer bottle or it will be fixed to the strut housing.

All ready been thought of ;)

as I dont know much about meth, despite the recent posts on it, would it make that much difference to a hybrid k03s then?

with out a doubt mate, theres alot of timing to be had from better cooling IE WMI.

Dont quote me on this, (im hoping bill will be along to confirm) but its in the region of every 3degs of timing added equals about 10bhp.

so maybe near 300bhp from a hybrid k03s....I was not sure it could ever flow that much, but prove me wrong :)
