I think it looks good, I'm a big fan of blue with white.

I'm not a big fan of black/dark wheels at all, and am bored of the "oooo anthracite phase" that seems to be going on

white and blue go quite well together. my mum has a mini cooper thats blue with a white roof and it looks quite smart.
Not sure how well it would work on a leon, but suck it and see, can always be undone

Why not? If the theme is Blue and White, it'll stand out and be broken down a lot more and if it don't look right like they say you can always change it back! Trail and error my friend!
