they look brilliant Becks :) do they have side airbags as per the oem seats? took me a while to work out which trim was missing!

Thats one issue with them, there are airbags however i've not got them connected, dont even know if its possible

I'd imagine it is; just a matter of finding out which wires connect together - not a trial and error process though :cartman:

Probably a weekend project, the airbag light really does annoy me :censored:

When you retro fit seats without airbags you can get things that plug in so the light doesn't come on....not sure what there called but I've seen them mentioned on here.

Looks very nice buy the way :D

Cheers!

Cracking car by the way although not too keen on the shoes. ;)

Ben

Someone has mentioned them before actually. I'll add it to my list

Excuse the bit of trim missing....

Nice rear end Becks :p

Seats look LUSH! :)

Mike

better off to get them disabled with vag-com....

I thought this disabled ALL airbags? I simply scotched a resistor (I forget the value, its all over VWvortex though) further back down the wires so as not to butcher the plug. Less than 2 quid to do all in.

Loving the seats Becks, lush. I too found the standard LC/LCR seats somewhat lacking in support and found myself hanging on to the steering wheel rather than concentrating on driving the thing! Recaro speeds for me though with supplied subframes :D
You guys are soo lucky living near to those great driving roads. Where were the pics taken? Up towards Oban way or more westwards towards Ayr?

Earlier you mentioned you wouldnt be putting Angel eyes back on, how come?

Looking good :D
