Looking good mate

Hoses and clips in the pipe kit are shite aint they lol mine are still sat unopened in the packets in the shed

Fitting should be easy as you have the 2 diagonal bars going across the front

Previous owner of mine obviously grinded them off to fit the old intercooler lol

Prepare for bumper trimmage next i think !

Haha yeah, got my forge goodies hopefully coming tomorrow, and unfortunately I have to cut out the diagonal bars to get it to fit.. im going to weld up a bracket off the top of the beam that the bonnet catch sits on and also secure it from underneth too as it weighs a tonne!
But yes the dremel is waiting to be let loost on the bumper haha :D

nice car :)

did your intercooler fit behind the bumper or not? i have the same one you see just not fitted yet
also can you link me to the pipework you got? :)

Cheers mate :)

I havent fitted it yet but I have mocked it up and it deffinately will fit. I havent got an aircon rad though which frees up alot of space.

I got this pipework kit but only for the ally pipes (which also need bead rolling).. silicon and hose clips have been binned as they are crap. I am using all forge silicon and hose clips which I will post a pic up in a minute..

Nice pile of parts there ;)

Did you not think about getting some of the Mikalor T-bolt clamps instead for the pipework?

You should top mount the gear shifter.

I think I have a blank for the hole the aircon pipes leave.

I did see yours and it looked sweet, how do I do that though? make/buy a box to raise it up?

Im not too sure If I actually need to move the block going through the firewall actually mate, I worked it out and it can be done with them in place and just modifying the abs bracket.

All you need to do it remove it from underneath and mount it on top. Then drill two holes in the bulkhead for the linkage to go through. Easy :)

The blank goes in place of where the aircon pipes went through the bulkhead. Makes it look really neate.
