Right, I have 2 clutches in my garage to choose from both pretty much new and cant decide which one too use..
I have a Sachs VR6 and a LUK VR6 organic..
I also have 2 g60 flywheels one standard and one lightened to 4.5kg

Anyone a clutch guru that can shed some light which one is best would be much appreciated??

I've heard better things on Sachs for a Polo GTi than LUK so I would say Sachs clutch. For sure use the lightened G60 flywheel James.

Right I have decided to use the lightened g60 flywheel and go for a helix 6 puk paddle clutch just for piece of mind.
I also took the hotside off the turbo today to port out to match the 034 manifold.. also a few pics of the Badger5 3" adaptor just because it looks cool :p

looking good fella be nice to see what power ure going to get ;)

Cheers, yeah Im getting rather inpatient myself! I just dont want to rush things and cheap out rather everything was the best it could be.
Bill got 340ish bhp out of wellys which was a slightly lesser setup than mine, anything over 300bhp will do me though :)

300+ = lots of tyres and pissing super cars off lol i piss enough off enough of then with my k03s setup lol what you doing with ure other clutch and flywheel setup ??

Yeah haha, my k03s was good fun too god knows what this will be like.
Up for sale mate going on ebay soon.

Got to be done mate.
Just looking at it looks like a 90 degree angle flow wise. Never really seen a ko4 hybrid before. You Hurd what wellys s3 made at badger 5. Bet you can't wait to get her going

Nooo thats the wastegate port mate, it flows straight down past that into the turbine.
Yeah 340 something I think, That would be nice ;) dont think it will happen knowing my luck though

didn't welly's make 340 with tubular manifold ? i think i'm gonna do stick standard one on first to see a comparison cause , don't think john will finish this manifold for another month at least . i'm really optomistic that urs will make 320 bhp

I have an INA higflow manifold which will easily outflow the standard manifold and be almost as good as a tubular, the bores are huge and consistent right through the manifold it also has a 47mm collector rather than 42mm
