Can I Drive my Ibiza cupra without a rear box for a day?

Hi all,

I have sourced a new back box to replace mine which recently fell off but can't gte it fitted until Saturday. My question is - can I use my car (2001 ibiza cupra) for the day on Friday without a backbox without doing the car any harm?

apart from blowing hot exhaust gases around the brake lines & fuel lines (I think they're that side)

and it being

a) illegal
b) bloody noisey

Yeah...but it might not be looked upto too kindly, however how many saxos do u see with blowing exhaust and cracked manifolds that run around and nothing done. Also what do you mean by the day....u mean a long run, 10mins to work n back?

Having avoided the police and anyone with ears I now have a new exhaust fitted. Thnaks for the advice chaps
