Not been on here for a while now, but thought I'd update with this,
Bought a new toy a while ago, was never really a fan of these but after driving one I'l have to admit they really are quite good, loads more grip than the wee cupra.
(And fun in the snow too

Classic Impreza WRSport PPP
Running a td05 turbo at 350bhp, got the PPP pack and was previously a Prodrive press car so does come with alot of extra goodies.

So grippy though, love the awd in snow. Yeah iv still got it, not sure what im doing with it but il decide after winters passed
So yeah...the Subaru didn't last long, sold it the other night to fund Cupra II.
Track project.
Planning on running ko3/s hybrid set up track car. Already been collecting a few parts, so far have acquired lcr injectors, 3" maf, ko3s hybrid and a jbs high flow manifold. Mapping will be a custom job as have taken a few parts from Jokermans recently deceased hybrid so it should all be plug & play, as he ran a very linear map it should be ideal for track use.
Will be done in stages, first up is getting the hybrid on and running right, then il begin to look at brake set ups, tyres/wheels, suspension, differentials and a cage.
Im going to look at a diesel Mondeo on monday, very boring but i need something i don't care about at all to use as a daily with good mpg, as after the Subaru im sick of putting fuel in other cars

Slowly collecting parts for engine work, still waiting on an SFS tip for the turbo and gaskets etc then will be ready to start work.

Works been progressing nicely, got the old turbo off and new hybrid on and all bolted up within a day really, unfortunately this is the only photo but it is of the sexy JBS

those calipers look huge lol
Cheers man, haha ah it just didn't have the same feeling as the cupra. Becoming seriously tempted by an s15 just now though. Should probably finish the ibiza first haha
