eBay is a good start mate got an apexi for 80 quid from there brand new

Would I need to get a heat shield?

No just a decent air feed from the fog light will be ok

Yes mate 80mm strait coupler there on e bay about 8 quid

That universal adaptor is only 76mm Dan.
