Yep, plus the length of the turbine side leading to the V-band is quite long. On the Backdraft kit the DP turns down almost immediately after the flange and that is a tight fit on a RHD car, plus the turbine housing on the Garrett turbo is alot shorter that that turbo.

Might fit with a much tighter downturn on the DP.

I could make a dp to fit that. Would be tight.

Have you seen the length of the oil feed. Not sure about the actuator 'arm' thing either. Something much nicer could be knocked up.

I am now dude..

It was something I had to look in to more but it wasn't for me...my setup Was made for the hta map and injectors ECT...

I'm sorting the hta out with Sammy on Wednesday then takes a few days to arrive I just wanted to look at ever option make sure I was 100% behind my distion...you lot know what I'm like lolz......

Only had a few hours today to sort a few things out and fit the manifold...Managed to todo most of it like PCV removal,Re-fit injectors,Fit manifold,Fit INA Oil & coolant lines & remake my Bov pipe work as it was a utter mess before hand...

So pictures anyway and will start mocking bits up when i have time...Which currently i dont have..

Just ordered My SFS hoses for the Tip And some Alloy Pipe to mock up my charge pipe...

That mani looks familiar. You will have to cut two of the mani studs down so the turbo will fit.

You worked out who's doing the dp yet?

The two left studs. The right ones can stay long. You will have to wait until the turbo turns up then it will be easier to see.

Hey Alex,
I figured some people would see a similarity between our manifold and the BDM unit but there is only so many ways you can fit a T25 flange between Runners #3 & 4 before similarities start to show.
Hopefully you will like the K04 manifold as well . When it is ready I am going to send one to you / Steve for a review.

As for people asking about the EFR kit. The manifold was originally developed for the EFR turbocharger , not for a Garrett unit. We use the timing belt cover as a reference for the downpipe. If the downpipe can sit behind the timing belt cover then it will clear a RHD brake booster. I have a full MKIV shell here that gets used for exhaust mocking up / downpipe fabrication so if someone wants to send me a Leon RHD Brake booster I could definately build the downpipes here to suite your needs
