The quality ebc, so you earn £13500 a year bonus working at euro car parts. Are you for real?

well yes mate thats not a evry month you meet that much but more offten than not i all so do aprenterships if ur in trested mate

take it ur in the wrong job mate !!

If you can call engineering a wrong job then yes mate. 58 hours a week at £24 an hour doesnt seem that bad to me.

the thing is mate i do f++k all and earn money and my g/f is a radiografer shes on 35k and can go up to well over 100k if she gets out of the nhs and 35k is after 1 years work !!!!

send me the details of these 'apprenterships', sounds good earning money for f##k all, give me loads of time to choose my next car wisely

Mate, go for it. You've got the cash, you've got someone who can do it for you and you obviously don't care what anyone on here says.

Just you're going to be spending £1500 on a car that you don't technically own which will make it worth much, much less than it it will be if you leave it alone, you'll struggle to get insurance and should you have an accident (likely considering the car isn't designed in 1.4 form to take that much power) your insurance company will likely not pay up or even cover you.

Your decision

sounds like youre a simpleton goon in all honesty...

..no-one gives a **** what you earn..blah blah blah

stick some pics up when its done...untill then i think its best to leave this thread alone

Bar the lease issues, for 1500 i wouldn't say no ;)

Also, do you know about the engine codes? Different variants of the 1.8T from 180bhp up to 225 (LCR, S3 etc)

Come on for £1500 we could just swap the badge on the engine cover and I doubt he would know if we had transplanted the engine. (Don't forget the 240bhp TT Sport)

There are so many things that change from engine to engine: VVT, Valve size, water and oil pumps, turbos.

TBH if I were doing a transplant into an Ibiza the 1.8T wouldn't be on my list as it's a stupid idea (just get an FR/Cupra with it) the 2.0T, 2.0TDi, 3.2 V6 or even the 1.4TFSI would be there. (1.4TFSI in an Arosa would be a nice project)

Think the Eaton supercharger from the Mini cooper S could be made to fit. i know a lot of the boys with 206's have gone this route. You would need to run at low boost.

But to be honest if you are not clever enough to work out that you take a bank loan, pay the finance off, and then trade that the car in against a 1.8T FR which start at 6500 now, then you will hardly be clever enough to work out how to supercharge a 1.4.

I do wonder how some people manage to get through life being so rude.

Also how do you spell Radiographer. I know how to spell the job i ACTUALLY do.....lol

As for getting out o the NHS, they employ 90% of all radiograhers so will need to be good to break through and earn the 100k salaries, but you know that of course.

So you earn around £1k in bonus alone a month and your girlfriend earns £35k a year and you can't afford a second hand fr? Anyone else having trouble understanding?

Anyone else having trouble understanding?

Yep, the fact that i know 2 radiographers, both theraputic and diagnostic who are 2 years out of uni and theres no chance theyre earning 35k... More like 20-22. Youd have to be a consultant or tutor to earn 35+.

This guy is full of it, i reckon it is a joke

hahah you must be the bitch of the house with her earning more, i wouldnt go bragging abou that. pull your knickers up lad and let her put her strap on away before you start talking about cars and stupidly big engines. i bet you cant change a spark plug never mind a full engine conver.

do I detect a bit of :hide: here

if you are on that sort of money you would have answered my post about Gordon Brown and the 40% tax bracket

people on that sort of money have a company car and a shiny 1.8t toy in the garage, not a 1.4 on finance..................................oooooh wait that's me

just get the turbo lump boshed in there and post up the pics when it's done mate, then WE will all be like this :hide:
