Adapters are **** mate.
Ive cut some mdf rings out and putting some sound padding in the doors and between the mdf and the door.
Much better quality mate. if you cant cut i believe caraudiodirect.com does them for a tenner.

James, how wide did you make the MDF rings? 2cm, 2.5cm? According to a pic I saw somewhere, it looked like 2.5cm, but want to make sure.
it doesnt really matter i dont think lol. I made mine 2.5cm as it adds i bit more strength id say. and they are 1/4 inch thick

My bad , i havnt fitted mine yet as im going on holiday and thought fitting all my ICE beforehand is just asking for it to get nicked.
