HOGGERS VADER 210 (blueflame, TIP, DV, K&N fitted)

The bushes are easy to change without removing the ARB but if you have a cracked coating bar then you need to swop out the whole ARB. If your doing this I would suggest uprating at the same time to an MK4 R32 23mm one, these are about £100 with the full kit

Decided to name my Project ... 'Darth Vader' (mostly black with a touch of red)

When the wheels get refurbed there going to be black (maybe with a red rim), smoked repeaters etc...any other ideas on how to make it more stealty?

so the Forge TIP, Forge split r dump valve, k&n and blueflame got fitted this morning and first impressions are...

blueflame nice tone not ott at all
DV - not as loud as i would of expected or liked
k&n - nice roar

iv just taken the sound proofing of the bonnet and am yet to take it for a spin

not suprised but all the mods have brought on the engine management light, is it worth getting it turned off? im guessing it will just come back on again if i do!

otherwise im well chuffed

Did you have two lamda probe holes pre and post CAT?
Were these both fitted?

If the Split-R has not been set up right then that can bring up the light.

Thank you for purchasing a forge Motorsport product. Turn the valve all the way down in the anti-clockwise direction and then 16 Clicks in the clockwise direction for standard 225 engines. If the engine has been remapped then turn it another 5 clicks in the clockwise direction making it 20 clicks

Open the bonnet and give it a little rev, if the DV tick's it need more adjustment.
One it stops ticking dont try adjusting it any more to try and get more noise from it, it wont work.

The other thing it could be is the K&N, if it's coated in oil thrn it could have done the MAF in.

managed to get hold of a diagnostics
faults found:
o2 sensor circuit
p0036
p0136
cleared them for now will wait to see if it flashes up again

no sooner had i cleared it the light came on again. would i be right in thinking the above faults are to do with the exhaust?
