I'm just trying to forget about my order TBH.

i ordered and forgot about it for ages.
then there was a flurry of activity on here with people getting build weeks etc, I ended up getting the bug and got my build week, and tried to extrapolate my delivery time from that, and started chasing the dealer for expected dates etc,

time just crawled from then on.

Well I have a few bits and bobs to do and money is tight. If they moved mine to March I would be happy. Gives me an extra month's wage and i'll get the 2010 plate. I really dont know why they had a problem delaying the car until March.

I'm a little disillusioned with my Seat dealer ATM. Was supposed to be taking my current car to them for a little work and MOT. Cancelled in the end and took it else where.

reading all this makes a.) glad i didnt wait for the MK5 and b.) feel bad for all you guys, some of ya have just been pulled from piller to post with no answers at all which is a shame as you have all ordered awesome new cars and its not fair your made to wait 3-4 months for it.

hope you get your sparkly new motors soon, the wait will be worth it

Well I have just had confirmation that my car will be at the dealer tomorrow and I will be picking it up on the 23rd Jan. That will mean it has been 17 weeks exactly since ordering it. I did get a few options though so they did say it will take a while.

I got a sport 1.6tdi in black with the following options, convenience pack, bluetooth, Ipod/usb connection, dark tinted windows, ESP with EBA & XDS, cruise control, electric door mirrors, arm rest and 17" alloys.

Can't wait to get it now

I just had a call from my dealer, he said my cupra has been given a build week of 12.. so i reckon i might see it before the end of april.. (i ordered it on the 13th December)

Went for the eibach's. The dampener is made by KW. They are slightly softer than the KW Variant 1's which is better for a daily drive IMO.

Ordered August the 10th delivery = 2 days Not too bad.

Its build and has a chassis number. Its alive Should be her around the 20th of Feb think i'll wait till the new plate though.
