Car's been off the road for almost a year so haven't even looked for what meets are goin on, sure i could drag phil and rogers arse to a few!

Been workin on the car all day, fitted my cage, harnesses, seats, clean, dusted and hovered the inside. Plumbed in my oil catcher tank and finally fit my samco intake pipe.

Would have raised the front a bit but the bodyshop haven't given me my locking key back.... doh!

Right, It's now MOT'd........... passed with flying colours (think thats the first for the Mk2 boys this year :p)

Tax'd today on the internet, had my alloys sorted but I need my tracking done!

Collected the car tonight, well Byron kindly let me use his garage to adjust my coilovers, was up there till about half 8 tonight messing about with them till I was happy. Even if I'm having it corner weighted next Thursday ;)

He managed to get the bloke to fit some time in to sort me out with a sun strip..... I wanted the "OSE" logo in white but for some reason the bloke doing it did it in lime green  Byron told me it was because he was in a rush and he thought it would look good. Well I'm still undecided about it, didn't like it at 1st but now it's growing on me, going to leave it on for a few days and see what comments I get with it. So I might still have it done in white.

Sorry the pics are in the dark but what do you think

The sticker does match my Compomotive stickers on the alloys

On my way home, through a few lanes I decided to give the car a bit of beans and all I got to say is "I LOVE DIFF "

If you thinking of getting one fitted to what ever car you have....... Just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cage finishes it off and it's in the best colour aswell ;)

I had the same reaction when i first drove mine with the diff in, such a worthwhile mod, you'll love it even more on track

Only 1 thing i can say to upset you, mine passed it's MOT first time almost 2 weeks ago :D

lol okay Roly.... it's the second :)

Thanks fella, it's lovely to have the car back. Having the tracking and camber set up tomorrow at a local garage but I'm heading up to Center Gravity on the 14th to have it all corner weighted and set up proper. Then it's off the Nurburgring on the 15th :D

It's been all last minute with getting the car ready but I think everything is right. Gonna take it for a drive over the weekend and see if everything is alright, give the filter a good clean because it's gotta be covered in dust from the bodyshop by now.... hate doing that because I can't use the car for a day at least.

Had new plugs and coil before it went into the bodyshop, threw in some STP injector cleaner monday because it was missing slightly below 3.5k that seems to have cleared now. Gotta drop the oil either on the weekend or monday or tuesday after a drive on the weekend...... don't know what is best now or after a long drive? Gonna order a fuel filter tomorrow because I haven't changed that since owning the car.

Can't think much more I need to do :)
