fitted the new blue coolant hoses and a few more hoses just need a polished cam cover,washer tank, and headertank now

Looks really nice. The dash rattle is prob the 4 top bolts that have come loose as they were in both my ibiza's. I though I was the only one to have removed the amber bits from the rear lights!

ive sorted the rattle now with some rubber

rear lights look horrible with the orange in them so had 2 be done

Very nice, given me a few ideas for my cupra i just bought today

fitted the forge cold side dumpvalve relocation kit only a 5 minuite job

Then fitted the forge 5 speed short shifter again only a 5 minuite job and made a good differance to gear changes

finnally got my Forge front mount

made a amazing amount of differance in lag , seems to spool up quicker than my old universal intercooler
i guess it has alot beter flow

picked up a k03s with 6000 miles on it

so now in the process of fitting , i have the old k03 off just waiting on some gaskets and o rings

Looking great.. mine's on 160k miles so with the amount of care you're giving this you will see a high mileage VAG engine runs as well, if not better, than most 'junior' examples.

Out of interest, how reliable has it been for you? I'm also looking at buying a "high" mileage ibiza cupra.
