i think im going to start searching for some cheap 312mm calipers and carriers then get some fast road pads and combi discs
ordered 6000k hid's for dipped the other day and a brand new 6x4 oval exhaust last night bargain off ebay for 70 posted compared to 127 to buy from the shops....also getting paid friday and i will be ordering 3 seat sport stickers 2 for the sides and one spare of diff size .....

Probably a good choice, cos I may be wrong, but 323mm LCR pads/calipers/discs may cause you a problem if you don't have 18" rims.
Because of the size of the brakes, they wouldn't fit in the recess of 17" or less rims, which is why LCRs have a full size alloy spare.
Like I said tho, I may be wrong
Ah. Yeah well I've just been informed: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?p=2177439#post2177439 in that thread that I can't change my brakes easily because the carriers are fixed on the 1.6 and 1.4s.
So, I might poke around for some Cupra front hubs etc from a scrapheap, then perform brake upgrade. Mostly inferior **** for now though.
Daz, btw, was it worth getting the cold air feed etc? Does it make any diff? Louder obv.

yeh defiantly sounds alot better .... and feels more responsive....but could be that old case of modify and imagine a gain lol

well ive had a bad day !......well i went to start my car after collage and it just wouldnt turn over .....starter motor was going but nothing...got the RAC and the guy done some tests and said was fueling and sparking fine....in the end he cleared the fuel out of the engine by turning it over without the fuel pump fuse in .....put it back in and then it started fine he said something about over fueling ....so i took it to said it could be my filter as the recirculating pipe isnt connected to anything anymore so the standard box is on for now...ill have to mod my filter so i can fit the re circ pipe to it .....anyway ive still got a light on my dash of like a box thing and dont know why....is this mean there is still faults on the ecu
