haha im not sure what height it is to be honest it is low though although i have to say when i saw yours i was rather jealous haha i thought yours looked lower than mine!! I think i need an LCR front splitter to being the front end down slightly and yea mate you where parked to the side out of the way i would of come said hello but had no idea what you looked like haha, if your home over christmas im down comet most wednesday nights at some point mate

thanks for the comments everyone im getting there bit by bit haha, love your car too Altech im so tempted to have a go at making that splitter you made, suits the cupra bumper so much better than a standard LCR one, and i love what youve done with the exhaust too looks spot on and cheers ljpacey ill be keeping my eye on your project thread too, im fancying maybe a K04 or K04s at some point so ill be intrested to see what kind of power you get from yours!!

Right not much of an update but gave the car a good wash and polish the other day and got some better pics so thought id quickly post some up

Oh and i also gave the wheels a good polish up for some added protection with all this bad weather andsalt on the roads still need to spray my wheel nut covers black to go with the wheels, hence why they arent on at the mo!

Oh and heres a pic to show the gap between my rear wheels and the arch, spacers definatly needed me thinks haha, might have some 10mm ones sorted tho to try first so once theyve arrived ill get them fitted and take a pic to see how it looks!

Also just order my 8000k hids and matching sidelights tonight, unfortunatly im not allowed them till christmas day haha but once they are on ill be sure to get some pics, thanks for looking.

Looks mint! I want them wheels so bad! Trying to get hold of a set at the mo, in the hope ill have the dosh on payday/next month. Proving difficult to find a set like!

Car will look perfect with rear spacers like, the offset as standard is daft, i had 15mm ones on at first then ended up sacking them and getting 20's, only 50 quid off ebay, if you were after some.

and yeh ill be home this friday for a good 2 weeks, ill be down both wednesday nights hopefully

Cheers matey i must admit i do love my wheels now they are black bt thy a nitemare to keep clean may be the time of year tho! Id keep your wheels maybe get them a nice anthracite colour?i must say iv gt a soft spot for porsche wheels i fink 911 turbo wheels,the smooth5spoke ones would suit the ibizas shape perfectly,something diferent too! Was tht50quid with the bolts too,if so thats a bargain! And great wel il make sure to pop dwn n say hello next wednesday!

What did you use to polish your alloys mate? looks great!

Cheers mate i just used a bit of autoglym super resin polish,gna try some wheel wax soon. Nice looking car btw,ur not far from me so il keep my eyes peeled for tht front end!

well havn't updated this for a while but done a few bits to the car over the past few weeks. First of all,fitted my 8k hids and matching sidelights,osram diadem indicator bulbs, matching white l.e.d. number plate lights, and then redone my front grill gloss black as i got sick of the red and did a poor job of it lol! Also painted the boot badge/handle gloss black and have just ordered some funky yellow dice valve caps,possibly a marmite mod haha!anyways bit of a fail but havnt got any pictures yet wil get some today or tomorow when i next wash it!thanks for looking

Well still havnt really got any proper photos as the weathers just been constantly crap up here lately still waiting for a nice dry day to fully detail the car n get some fresh wax on it Anyway i found some pictures on my phone of the gloss black grill and one with the hids so thought id quickly post them up, not the best mind lol

When i sprayed the grill before with the red outline i did a crappy rushed job of it just to get an idea of what itd look like and as you can see it didnt last long haha

So off it came and decided to do the whole fing gloss black and this time did a proper job of it so hopefully might last a bit better, ignore the red, its just dust off the old paint before i cleaned the grill up

And finally a crappy picture outside of work of the front end with the grill on and my 8k hids fitted, notice the lack of sidelights, white led ones came free with the hids and lasted a total of four days so now have the great knucle destroying job of fitting some new ones that might actually last!!

Oh and i also need some peoples opinions on some new seats but im not sure yet. Ive stripped out the back end apart from door cards etc as dont want to lose the rear speakers and have temporarily borrowed some red harnesses off a mate for the frotn seats to see if i can get away with them. Anyway im unsure weatehr to leave the back stripped out n get some nice bucket seats or put the whole cupra interior back in and leave it as it is. At the moment it just doesnt look right with nofing in the back and standard seats with harnesses up front, so ive been looking at these seats and what peoples opinion on which set they prefer or whether i should just put the whole interior back in

If i go for the buckets theyll be getting fitted with 4point plain red harnessess no silly logos or anything, then the whole rear will be getting carpeted out in black carpet so no metal is on show and my mates gona make me up a nice rear strut brace
