Well i took the old bus on the rollers the other week....last time it was on it pulled 210bhp.
Not bad for a remap - K+N filter - decat exhaust

good results that mate. i got booked in for a custom turbo back exhaust with de-cat today, what sort of exhaust is yours? iv got the same mods as you and if i get them results i'd be happy :)

Good figures, and the car looks sweet on the rollers pal. Bit of snow on the FMIC? Just kidding....
Cold weather helps though! When I had a remap and ran 229bhp it was -2 degrees on the rollers...

yeah they run well when its cold.....but even back in spring last year it pulled 210 on a diferent set of rollers in ireland, thats why i took it on because i didn't think it was right

It's a standard clutch....it will break if you drive it like a clown but it's still going strong :D

hasn't actualy sliped once since iv had it

Nice peaks, but I would be looking at try to get peak torque to come in after 2k, like most PD's, so its usable! Peak power rpm is good though

That isn't RPM along the bottom btw. Looks like the graph starts at 2000rpm.

Great results. Mine has similar mods to yours (at least i think so, i'm only aware of full milltek systems, map and air filter).

I also believe yours was custom mapped in NI by Torque tronix as when i was getting mine done he mentioned he'd developed his map on your car (I saw it was bought from NI and recognised it)

After my map it gave 217.1 bhp which I was amazed at, however he assured me it's accurate, it was a dynapak hub dyno used. Dave at TT knows how to map!! :D

Thats the one mate, do you know the guy who used to own it then ?

They had tryed to get the guy to take it to 300 bhp but he sold it instead and bought an evo.

Have you got a FMIC?

No, I just got it custom mapped with the same fella and he was saying he'd developed his cupra tdi map for your car. He said they'd got 240bhp out of it when doing the map, but the fella thought it was too much so they went for less.

No idea mate, I bought it with most the work already done to it. It was remapped when i bought it, but it was way too vicious delivering the torque, v hard on the clutch.

Took it to Torque Tronix to get a custom map which was more clutch sympathetic. Car had a 194bhp when tested before the custom map, after it was 217.1. Don't know where the initial map came from as I bought the car from a dealer and don't know the previous owner.

 Both petrol and diesel Mk4 Ibiza Cupra models came with a Seat Sport FMIC as standard...
