My K04 hybrid powered MK2 Cupra Sport track slag (it's now left the building)

are those extra welds on those wishbones?

Not that im aware of unless they've changed them from the previous design

oh... just seems that the vw boys are welding them all up now?? dont know why? strength maybe? as im a partial vdubber now as ive got the caddy been looking on e38 forum...jesus they do some stupid and pointless stuff on there

I know a guy on here (think it was Craig!) welded his up for strength and to stop any flex. Not sure if it makes a difference or not.

Sure have just took the engine cover of today, i have no idea what i am looking at, time to learn i suppose should be fun.

Jump in the deep end and have a go mate, that's how i've learnt the majority of what i know

Cadwell was today, awesome track and an awesome day, car was faultless and im well impressed with it.

I'll post up some pics in the next day or so

Same here power and that diff was crazy 20mph more then me in that long right hander

Car will be going up work today for a damage inspection and clean

There's still a bit of a list, main things being, baffled sump, high flow mani, uprated internals bigger d/p and tip

That should cost me a fair few ££££ for the moment

ben just been looking at the pics i have saved of your car..you dont relize how much i love it... would love to do same engine conversion and stick the abf in my caddy...but nothing is looking good at the moment for my ibiza..insurance may write it off

Cheers Sam, yesterday certainly restored my faith in the car that's for sure
My mate was going through a similar thing with his Cordy SX they were going to right it of over a wing and a door, after alot of arguing he's now getting it repaired.
Keep at it mate im sure it'll all come good in the end
