If you read thread under search for LCR n249 bypass they say don't block hoses you have rermoved and don't put in resistors best to read the thread I just connected two hoses job done

I'm wanting to remove the whole lot. So a hose from Intake Mani to DV and loose the N249, vac reservoir etc.

Looks so much cleaner :)

no i am putting it on a synapse (away with that leaky forge one) but the guy orders 4mm for me now so he wil have it tommorow so i can fit my synapse with the n249 bypass

:D :D :D

Okey i got my Synapse BOV fitted now. my god this thing is HUGE ! its about twice the height of the forge 007. it nearly fits under the hood. i also did the n249 bypass. all in all it was a piece of work for about 25 minutes. i already had some extra fuel hose because the Synapse uses two vacuum intakes. (just T split the hose comming of the intake (old n249 feed)

have not road tested it just yet. did it at my work between jobs :D

Ill keep you informed !

what the f*** that BOV was making an awfull sound. like it choked first and then let little air off.

i tried it with the 007 same thing, when on full boost it chokes and flutters when switching gears...

i put the two hoses back on the n249 and voila perfect blow off sound. but with the 007 need new hose to test it on the synapse

jezus why does this doesnt work for my car ? i get extra misery with it

(wait i think it is called chatter but its the first thing u hear it chokes and then let little air off)

is there anywhere else i can get vacuum of the inlet i dont thrust that feed into the n249 (but then again it does work with that thing working)

balls to resistors imo.
pull all the rubish off rocker cover
pull all pipes off FPR and DV where they go to inlet mani.
buy nice silicon hose and sun 1 to fpr and 1 to DV
yeah i have a fault code but no lights ?? car still pulls very harsh with instant DV response ??

i dont need the resistor right if i only take the incoming hose for the n249 and split that to the DV ?

but appearently that does not work good for my car ? it first chokes and en let off some air

I removed the whole N249 and the car ran like a bag of spanners, resistors are very very cheap, just get one and be done with it.
