Looks like a DEFI colntoller to me..

Eted: Just had a look back a page and, yup, its a DEFI gauge controller.

Yes there for the DEFI guages

they have a control module that can adjust the warnings or brightness, or record 5 minute sections of boost driving, and show the peak boost and temperature of the exhaust about 1 foot after the turbo

its very handy to be honest as when its time to get up and go, knowing the boost readings and temperature at the turbo can keep me happy!

ive got a 30 ish second clip of me going from 2nd through to 5th gear showing the boost peaks and level zones! ill get up up here shortly! :)

sounds a clever bit of kit :)
and as you say, gives you info to make your turbo last alot longer than most! ;)

have to say the gauges in the air vents look good[B)]

Lovely car you have there! Im looking into doing a hybrid conversion eventualy but ive got a lesser engine! Its a 110 Ibiza Sport as atandard, ive got it upto 180ish and 280 LB/ft so far but the engine insides arnt strong enough for much more! Im already running the same turbo as you and ive got some T4 nozzles so just need to change the engine insides i guess! Awesome power though! Who you going to ED38 with? SCN?? will have to come and see this beastie!!!!

Ive got the PD150 turbo (my engine isnt a pd though!) but it wasnt an easy fit ... had to be cut in half and turned 180 degrees to make the TIP line up!! il be at ED38 with the ibiza owners club! Will have to pop over and say hi!

yea man, same as for me, a wee noisy at yours aswell :) , it seems to be that the club anyone goes with is the one most stick to, but for me its a case of whats out there, that ill need to see! alot of cars from england spanning all over the Uk mostly thats ive wanted to speak to, alot of decent folk about with a great passion for tuning, like yourself :)

Looks good dude! Good luck with the interior! Gave me a right headache! :(

Hope the clutch lasts. You will need to upgrade to Helix eventually as Sachs just dont like Hybrids. :(

Still it means i can save up to get a helix and then fit it! for the time being its like a completely new car! with OEM clutch feel! i honestly swear that the clutch is so light after bleeding it!

And the biteing point is about 1/4 out from the floor! where as when i got the car with its Sach clutch it was the last 3/4 out! not bad i think if it lasted a year and a half in my hands :D

Anyways i spent all day yesterday removing the gear box, I dont advise anyone to do it at home on axle stands, but hey its do-able :) as ive done it twice now since ownership

degreased the gearbox, replaced the release bearing/ slave cylinder fitted the clutch and then gearbox back in! all in all a good day! though im knackered throughly
