Quick Question - how to remove rear Fog light bulbs?!!?!

Just a quick and hopefully simple question, how do you go about removing the fog light bulbs?

Twist the black cap of then take bulbs out... easy (think the bulbs are holded in similar to headlight bulbs)

ive got white cap things? and they really dont seem to want to come off?

white caps? hmm, you defo trying to remove the correct thing? lol,

mine are black dome shaped caps about 2"-3" in diameter....
