That would be a permanent live.

But just get the lead that fits, ok its a fiver more but its far less hassle.

Bluetooth

Hi guys,

Was wondering if you could help. I have a Seat Ibiza Mk5 and i am wanting to install a Nokia CK7W bluetooth kit.

In the instructions it says i have to do the following:

• Connect the black wire to the vehicle ground (GND).
• Connect the yellow wire to the MUTE connection of the car radio.
• Connect the blue wire to the IGNS line of the car using the 1A fuse
supplied.
• Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of the 12V car battery
using the 2A fuse supplied.

I have a fair bit of electrical know how, good soldering skills ect but how the heck do i go about this ?? it may be easy for you but not a novice like me .....

I have 2 spare ISO connectors and 1 Quadlock AIS2156 lead.

I can get remove the radio ect no problem at all ... just the wiring aspect i need a hand with.

Thanks in advance !!!

all the ebay links arent working anymore. Sorry to sound like a broken record, but is this what i need?
w w w . caraudiodirect.co.uk/volkswagen-seat-wiring-adaptor.html

I'm wanting to fit a Alpine Head Unit which has an ISO connector on the back. Would this adapter be all i need in terms of wiring?

Cheers
