did you put the right resistors in?

"I" did'nt do the job.... and no they did'nt.. 1/2watt resistor = smouldering/melted insulation and cable duct :censored:

but I sure "undid" the bodge when I burnt my arm on it whilst working over the engine.

Did the today, only thin i really noticed that part throttle was a bit smoother.

What does the "box" with the 2 vac lines going in and out, above the vacuum chamber do?

What size of vac line should i be ordering for these pipes?

I fancy changing the braided stuff for some samco.

He says 4mm ID on the first post like THIS from Forge Motorsport.

been reading this. i gues you could extend the loom that plugs into the n249 valve, and instead of using a resistor block, use the proper valve, just remotely fitted, ie under scuttle pannel in a little bag or something?
its something i always wanted to do while i owned my cupra, and im sure i will do it this time round :)

p.s your sig..

"Why drive forwards....when you can slide sideways!?! "

yeah well i did that in my previous car and i can assure you its best to drive forward ;) :p

This is something jonzy is doin actually, i;m gonna see what he's done and used before i do mine. When i get the rocker cover polished i need to ditch the awful thing.

When you do this, you can actually remove the vacuum chamber. But you need to leave the plate the holds the two valves though.

If you are gonna remove it? What are you going to do with the N112? Extend it out the way also?

Ill be re-locating the lot this afternoon, finally got all the connectors today. Currently ziptie'd to the charge carrier
