gave the car another polish today due to the first bit of sunshine i can actully remember

wheels are all being taken off and given a proper clean with some things i brought this week,,, then all the calipers are being painted silver

Tom: Today it was a cupra front bumper, but I really want a cupra R front bumper... but most seem to be missing grills, arch extensions and the sliders so it may prove to become expensive... so atm its just looking like a cupra front end unless i see one at a good price all included

Wayne: dont worry i have slapped myself numerous tmes today... ive got the blokes number and hes only in scunny so me say if he will do a deal outside ebay if the winning bidder doesnt get in contact

Sheffield cruise with tom (bkr)

how the car sat, friday night

now cars off the road having rears bushes changed... turned into a bigger job than first suspected and dont have the tool to complete, so took the whole axle off in preperation to take the whole axle tommorow morning to have the new bushes pressed in

without a car now for two whole days but hopefully back on the road for tommorow evening

cars almost sorted now, just got to bleed up the brakes.... thought i would treat the car, (and me) to a new interior, so after looking at lots of different styles i decided on VRs leathers... read through stu's leon progress thread today and think they look very nice... and after seeing how unclefesters car changed after having a nice interior thought i would go for interior before bumper.... so rang around some breakers today and got a mint set for a fair price of £300... a trip this evening to go collect and thats done... wont be fitting tho untill i change my job as they wouldnt stay clean if i fitted them now.... ringing round some places also to try and get the door cards and armrest retrimed to match .... and will be starting my boot build at the end of this week.... all in all a busy week for the old girl

my lovely new interior.... i actully love it....

armrest trimmed to match with left over cloth out of skoda door cards.....

door cards to hopefully be trimmed within the next two weeks

other little plans for asap, boot build to be started, jacking covers to be brought from seat MD, power ploished before GTI show, side strips to be colour coded, resistors sorted for air bag light

its from a skoda octavia vrs... if youve got a tolly or leon its good to know that most of the seats accross the vag range fit... golf, lcr's, octavias, a3/s3 probably 1 or 2 more
