stezo, if ur lamin-x experiment turns out well i'm gona buy some as soon as i see pics! lol I have the darker red rears too so i'd say it'd look well... lol

Thanks, I'll have to take a few better pics of how it's lookin now.. just dont have the time atm to do anythin with the car.. (he says whilst sitting on SCN at 4 in the afternoon!!) gotta go get some work done! presentation on Monday morning!!

I think it would look great either way but yeah I suppose the standard lights would match your car nicer
I'm getting the missus to help me with the tints as she's quite skilled in arts and crafts and apparently lamin-x is hard to apply

I'm sure it'll turn out awesome mate, from that 1 ibiza pic i saw on their site i'm pretty positive the results should be pretty good. Time will tell though

Update: Got my lamin-x and I must admit this stuff is bloody awesome a pain to apply with the bubbles but looks gorgeous. Honestly the pictures don't do this justice. Note: One light section is done and the other one is standard

yeah I thought the same buddy, saves buying a set as i know the faceilft lights are pretty pricey. Tbh I did it on your recommendation on getting darker lights, well impressed. cheers for the advice Can't wait for it to set and see what it looks like
Cheers mate, it's gunna look mint when the lights are back on. I've finished all 4 rear lights and they look 10 times better. I can't believe it's a 48 hour wait to wait for them to set properly, i'm sticking them by the radiator and will put them on in the afternoon tomorrow methinks
