whats the smallest size wheels you can fit over 256mm brakes? ive been thinking about going onto banded steelies but really small diameter, but wide and stretched tyres. i figured you would be the best to ask the bbs ones you had were 6.5"x15" so was there no stretch on the tyres?

Dans Blue one was faster when mine carried 300 bottles of beer in the boot on the airstrip in Germany.. although it was driven by a half drunk eejit at the time who was driving it like he stole it
