whats the smallest size wheels you can fit over 256mm brakes? ive been thinking about going onto banded steelies but really small diameter, but wide and stretched tyres. i figured you would be the best to ask the bbs ones you had were 6.5"x15" so was there no stretch on the tyres?

i think 14's, but you'd have to check
banded steels = even more weight, not needed

yep 6.5J = 165mm, I had 195's on though, wouldn't run lower than that tbh
