SUNDAY Convoy Into Oulton Park - Meeting Point 8AM ******

This is nothing to do with group parking inside the circuit, which will be dealt with on a separate thread.

Last year quite a few of us met up the Red Fox Pub, then onto Wyevale Garden Centre which is located near the circuit. If anyone fancies meeting at either of these places, then these are the details.


Hopefully be meeting about 730 am (ish) ????

Situated on the A51 , cant miss it !

After leaving the Red Fox we will head towards

Wyevale Garden Centre
Forest Road
Cotebrook
Tarporley
CW6 9EE




Hoping to get there between 7.45 - 8.00 am.

Then into the circuit.

Assuming that the 7:30 at garden centre is 7:30 for race day, and not 7:30 for saturday practice/qualifying?

I wouldnt of thought people will be meeting beforehand on the saturday, if we get group parking it will be for sunday only.

Another reminder for the Sunday, im sure it would be helpful if we could all meet beforehand, save any problems about not being able to find the parking etc, and if the worst case scenario happens and we dont get group parking, at least we can all try and park together in the general car park

I only go down for around lunchtime on the Saturday, just have a stroll about and watch the qualifying session mid afternoon then head back home. No need to meet up or get there early, as Phil says parking is exclusively for the Sunday.

You'll find the Saturday is quiet and you can pretty much park anywhere anyway.

Parking should hopefully be sorted, i'll know more on Monday.

Am I right in remembering that Oulton are okay with small BBQ's? Sure i saw a few going last year

Camping info stipulates no open fires. Whether that applies to BBQ's or just camp fires I am unsure.

does scn have infield parking this year??its the official vxr national meet there on raceday and theyre even giving free tickets out which i think is a bit unfair to be honest but im going for free up 2 now!!
