The N239 should only activate when the ignition key is turned off, to close the anti-shudder flap for a few seconds.

Hissing on the overrun sounds like a dump valve, but diesels don't have them. I'd be looking for a boost leak.
 
i have changed the vacuum/boost pipes. havent changed the larger pipes, have order 6mm pipe so hope they fit. have order a n75 and maf, and will get them fitted hopefully on monday or tuesday.

is there any other pipes where i could have a leak, maybe to brake servo, and if so, what do i call that pipe and could i get it on ebay
