UPDATE - knocking noise

Glad you got it sorted its really satisfying when you find that niggling noise.

Yes finally!!! it was doing my head in!!!! every time I drove anywhere all I could hear was this knocking noise, I don't know if it was because I was behind the wheel I could hear it more than other people but my mrs was getting sick of me saying 'can you hear than noise??' and stopping randomly checking the car.

I'm there just now and the wife canna hear a thing. Different when its me trying to greep into bed after a boozy night out, she hears everything then

i have a knocking noise now, ill try the arb droplinks, lowered around 30mm only though...

happens over speedbumps and on hard left turns at speed...

also on full lock turning right, almost like a rubbing/catching noise, will i need to uprate the arb droplinks or do we think the bushes are shafted, for the price it worth just replacing the whole droplinks?

The drop link bushes canna be changed, its a sealed unit, so itsa the whole drop link you need and the bolts.

I first thought it was top mounts as they are very common for going, but it was only a little knocking noise over uneven gound, fixed now anyway
it still has a knock when turning on full lock only whilst moving forward - mainly at work pulling onto the gravel parking and has some dips/potholes.
