That's pretty much what mine looked like a couple of years ago. When I could hear the water sloshing around while I was driving, that's probably a sign to sort it out.

When I parked on a hill, I could get a litre jug in there and fill it up a few times over.

Wee wash n wax trued to fit new full milltek system but no joy. Got stuck and now can't find part needed.

Can anyone help? It the part after the cat that has hanger for centre exhaust section to hold in place.

I received today the most gorgeous headlights I've ever seen for a 1M leon... DOUBLE PROJECTORS w/LED halos. Picked em up from a friend of a friend for 60 euros. He got them for free from a customer at work years ago. Never been used. H7 bulbs

Lol not to worry, I got it done. This was the culprit making my blower fan make tons of noise.

So Lads... Bad news and good news

Bad new is... My stock manifold is royally shite...

Good news is, i found a new high flow nickel cast K03s manifold for 100£

Also great news i found an md445 hybrid turbo (k03s/k04) which is a direct swap of the standard k03s and is capable of 300hp! 250£

Im excited to not have to swap everything over to a K04-23 platform for more power.

What do you lads think about that cast manifold? Decent till I go big turbo later on?

My mk1 LC hesisates to start some mornings, it will always start but takes longer than it should or on the second go. Sometimes it will turn over at the last second of turning the key but then stuggles to stay running and bogs down. I take the key out and try again and it fires up fine. Any ideas?
