re the clutch, you'll be fine with a new Velua clutch, it'll deal with the power fine matey. Also have you looked at smaller pulleys for the M45 charger? i bought a 19% smaller charger pulley. The ratios will be fine aswell, as the ABF crank pulley is 140mm, the same as the mini cooper S. You'll be fine with the 3BAR FPR aswell mate, i've had no problems what-so-ever with fuel starvation, even at 6.5K (when the fun begins

). Also my injectors are 350cc (Volvo 230 Turbo injectors) and have had no starvation in fuel. 650cc is WAAAAY to much overkill
The S2 injectors will be fine aswell, and the S2 manifold that Ben (ibiza_95) is trying to sell you will fit straight on, the 1.8T manifold will need cutting and fitting to a lower half of a mk2 golf ABF inlet.
