re the clutch, you'll be fine with a new Velua clutch, it'll deal with the power fine matey. Also have you looked at smaller pulleys for the M45 charger? i bought a 19% smaller charger pulley. The ratios will be fine aswell, as the ABF crank pulley is 140mm, the same as the mini cooper S. You'll be fine with the 3BAR FPR aswell mate, i've had no problems what-so-ever with fuel starvation, even at 6.5K (when the fun begins
). Also my injectors are 350cc (Volvo 230 Turbo injectors) and have had no starvation in fuel. 650cc is WAAAAY to much overkillThe S2 injectors will be fine aswell, and the S2 manifold that Ben (ibiza_95) is trying to sell you will fit straight on, the 1.8T manifold will need cutting and fitting to a lower half of a mk2 golf ABF inlet.

not sure yet i've got standard 0280150464 258cc @3 bar 150hp 20vt injectors at the mo. so not sure what power they'll take. was think of getting cossy injectors think there something like 300 ish cc
but thinking about it my mates cupra runs 220hp on the same injectors. so may just use the ones i got

cut down and waiting for my s2 manifold to get welded

i've had a trial fit of the charger to work out how the alternator fits
but i've just bought new rims so im bit skint. so the chargers gota wait

2 ticks mate there from my leon cupra 180 so hold on will get part number if to small can always use a 4bfpr
