Definite damage by someone unless something fell of a house and hit the front of the car?

nice one with the exhaust, was it a full turbo back?

Sorry for the late reply mate, it was a cat back, downpipe and sports cat in the next couple of months :)

Well i purchased something else for the car today, it should be fitted next saturday if it arrives ;) watch this space!!

I bought the kit from stu_pot, same kit as what nev was using aswell, full metal pipework including the two top hoses and map sensor replacement pipe :) In the end, I wasn't prepared to go and spend £500 on a forge one when this one will do the same job for near enough half the price. Should be a near enough straight fit too :)

Im not going to bore you with loads of pics lol, cause you all know what a leon looks like with no front bumper lol. Heres a few pics of the fmic fitted :)

the guide nev done is full of dead links to ebay so i don't know what size of IC to go for. everything else is pretty simple.

i'll have a look at stu_pot's guide

Car looks great mate! . . Have you got a pic of the rear so i can see your exhaust

Cheers :) there is a pic of the exhaust on the previous page, the blueflame looks so much better than the milltek in my opinion, but I may be biased lol. The blueflame has got a tip which looks oem, and is slightly bigger than the oem tip :D

I've been doing a bit of experimenting with air filters lately. It was a toss up between the big jetex cone and the green cotton dynatwist. I left the casing off the dynatwist and run it as a open cone. It run much better than the jetex cone and pulled harder aswell. So I hope probee doesn't mind, I used his idea and modded my dynatwist. I then did a few runs with the modded dynatwist and it still run loads better than the jetex cone :) Later tonight when I get home from work, I'm going to order a new green cotton conical cone to replace the old green cotton one as I feel it needs replacing, it looks quite dirty and could do with replacing lol. I'll update with a few pics later ;)

Gave the engine bay a quick clean over the other day, didnt come out too bad, just need to get the inlet manifold finished.

Heres also a quick pic of the modified dynatwist just like probee's. Ive also ordered a new green cotton powerflow conical filter which should just fit inside the casing, ill know when it arrives :)

Just think how much air that will get without the battery in front of it

Thats what i was thinking mate, but i want to keep the battery in the oem place. A decent cold air feed should do the trick which i have atm. It stays fairly cool on hard runs which seems ok to me :)

DV relocation coming soon ;)
