Not sure about the actuator mate heard good things about mind.

N75J valve is good but when trying to get it mapped it can spike the boost so be carefull with that one - ask your mapper beforehand as their map may not incorporate the valve.

Hmm ill look into that then

Cheers

this is my friends olds car from years ago, the wheel fell off going round snetterton. i think i may even have a pic of it in a sorry state somewhere! ill look.

Doesnt sound good :-o

Please post pics if you have them

I tried tracing previous owners a while back to see what map the car had but i had no luck

Suprised i didnt lose any wheels considering the pathetic short bolts that were holding the wheels on when i bought the car

I only bought them because i needed a new front shock and i managed to get these brand new off someone for peanuts, less than a brand new shock would have cost me anyway

Tbh they are pretty good, alot better than standard suspension and it does handle better than before aswell, i would say they are a good cheap kit

Just remember and use use new crush washers on the lines (even if you tighten, untighten them then tighten use different washers) and make sure they are tight! I made the mistake of getting too excited and forgetting about this!

Also make sure before you put it on that the manifold - turbo is smooth and flat so that it will seal!

Ive basically bought everything that was on the list in the mk3 section so hopefully that included the crush washers on that list.

Ill definately make sure the surface is flat for a good seal, made that mistake in the past lol

Hoping for a problem free install tbh LOL (never)

Car failed the mot last friday so that put a bit of a full stop on my plans

Needed a high level brake light
Rear caliper

So i managed to source a new spoiler complete with brake light
(cheaper than what the dealer wanted for just a brake light)

And a new caliper

So im sorting that this weekend and getting an mot on it on monday then i can officially fit my parts lol

Was tempted just to do it all while it was off the road but i wont be getting it mapped for a few weeks and didnt know how it would stand on an emissions test if i fitted it all.

Getting there!!

Looking good, I found the most fidly part of the install was to ge the TIP into place but take your time and youll get it in the end:)

Also remember to put oil into the turbo before fitting the oil feed and return lines. Crank the engine without coilpacks before startup.

Did you use the part numbers for washers and nuts from this site

good luck
