Awesome man :)

Where did u get the 4 bar fpr from? Cab u get them from seat?

I got the 4bar off a member on here

You will be able to get them from seat/vw im sure

Looking good, I found the most fidly part of the install was to ge the TIP into place but take your time and youll get it in the end:)

Also remember to put oil into the turbo before fitting the oil feed and return lines. Crank the engine without coilpacks before startup.

Did you use the part numbers for washers and nuts from this site

good luck

Yer ive fitted 2 tips now and they are a nightmare lol

Will the tip sit differently or is it harder to do with the k03s turbo?

How much oil do i need to put into the turbo before i connect everything?

Didnt realise i had to do that, thought the lines would do the job once it was fitted

You don't need to physically put oil in. Just make sure you turn it over a few times with the injectors and sparkplugs disconnected to allow the oil to run through the turbo via. the lines.

Can you not just switch over the nipples to the correct side?

Ive held it up to the correct (knackered one) and it would make it upside down, brake line etc would all be in the wrong place

New ones coming monday so its only a day or 2 delay

Just so eager to get it done now soi can get it mapped etc, had all the parts 3 weeks now lol

Can you not do the turbo in the mean time?

That was the plan but the car didnt have the emmisions test and it will be done on the retest

So i was worried if i fitted all the parts then had an emmisions test un-mapped maybe it will fail?

Ive decided to re-do my coldside relocation, ive not been happy with the way the hoses clamped down on the alloy t-piece so ive gone for a silicone t-piece this time, also gets rid of the blue hoses i had in the bay to.

Before

To now

I have trimmed the bends slightly to fit though as they were a bit too long lol

This goes from the throttle body to the map sensor tube, once ive bought my new intercooler kit ill be buying a forge map sensor tube
so there will be no more OE restrictive pipes and ill have a nice free flowing setup!

Replaced the red pipe from the tip to the air filter with a polished alloy pipe to break up the red a little bit

Decided as i only have one fog light due to the intercooler pipes i would run a cold air feed from the fog light to the filter so i also fitted that too :)

Thats about it for now just waiting to buy the intercooler kit then i can ditch the OE charge pipe and run the intercooler pipes on the other side of the engine bay.

Also pics of it all fitted tomorrow ;)
