Surprise, surprise I got a leaky Leon.
Had water in driver's side footwell, and had puddle on driver's door sill when I opened the door. I noted evidence of drippage from behind the bonnet release lever, and also the black plastic footplate on the right of the footwell.
Took it to dealers...
Since the pollen filter was changed there has been alot of fan noise. On investigation it is coming out from the plastic cover you remove to gain access to the filter itself. There appears to be a recess for a rubber seal or something in this plastic cover but it's not there so presuming this is...

Hi all,
Anyone know the whereabouts of the A/C pollen filter on the Altea? Can't see it in the engine bay so is it hidden inside the car?

2) my air con doesnt really come out cold and i reckon it...
Does anyone know the part number for a Pollen filter on FR TDI 150? My cabin is starting to smell a bit nasty, and i've just removed the filter to inspect it and it's not nice. The smell is definatly coming from the filter, so it needs changing ASAP.
Does anyone know the part number or know if...

Excellent start to 2007....
I've now got the dreaded pollen filter water leak. :censored:
I can only assume this has come about since having a new windscreen fitted about 1-2weeks ago.

Had a look around, and you can see the water droplets soming down the vertical plastic door frame. As tne plastic curls round it gets to horizontal at about the speaker, then goes into the...
After the heavy rainfall at the beginning of the week i went out to my car and it was all misted up AGAIN!!!!! Funny me thinks, as i had the door seals done early this year, so should not have happened.
