yea i have indeed, you will need to if you want to run more boost, standard ones are not good enough, also will need to change main bearing bolts to stronger ones.

ok so here are all the update pics as promised, sorry for the delay, after a long upload of 40 odd pictures someone turned my laptop off and it all dissappeared so had to start over...
firstly i will start with some pics of my cleaned head and after it was skimmed...

my new injectors which are modified firad 1043 which will flow 28% more fuel...

ok so my wheels turned out to be in a right state when i took them off, got them blasted but it didnt take all the s**t off them so did them by hand...
got them ready and primed, then flattened and high built again another 2 times before painting...

i wanted to go for an anthricite but deep shine colour but i seen one with a touch of bronze in it, with a mira flake. the gloss came form numerous layers of laquer...

the intake at the bottom is the standard one running from air box to turbo inlet...and the one above is a 3" full mandrel...i made one from 3" stainless steel

i heat wraped the exhaust manifold

matches the colour of my car

so now for the best bit, most of the car built up (without wings)

i think the wheels look great!

The tdiparts TIP...how did you get hold of it? They never seemto respond to emails lol. You havedone everything right so I am expecting great things from this. Surprised you didn't get a cam though. I got mine on order.

i made it, i couldnt get a hold of one so i made my own,same thing. i will be getting my cam re profiled when i get my head ported which will be soon but just didnt have the time to do it this time round, im not finished modding yet, just started haha!

Hows it all going? I got a good offer for a 2260VK and looks like he will be supplying same type of manifold to have. Could you PM me some details of where you sourced the products from please? Any help is appreciated.
