Yup all fitted mate hopfully dropping it off to Bill sunday for him to start the mapping.

Excellent! getting there slowly then. Bet you cant wait till sunday. How longs Bill gonna need the car for? Presumably the car runs ok with the 3" maf housing without been mapped to suit? Have you got any pics of it fitted?

Did you send your k03s or a regular k03 to CRturbos for hybrid treatment? asking since k03 has 2 vac. lines and k03s only one.

Bill`s told me hes going to need the car for approx 2days to complete the mapping, yeh car runs 'ok' with the 3" maf housing although im taking it uber careful staying off boost N75 disconnected etc..

I sent my std k03 to them, they uprate the actuator to a garret style one rated to 14psi
which also has 1 nipple.

Well today i dropped her off at Bills ready for him start the mapping, Im hoping that there are going to be no troubles with the mapping. The ECU came out of a mk2 ibiza with the 20vt lump so Bill said there could be problems somthing to do with the immobiliser it can still be done but may take a little longer but hopfully all should be fine and ill have it back somtime next week!

Once shes back ill be getting some WIP pics of the bay, i must say i really like the matt black already.

Think I'd be a fatter kid in a sweet factory if I were you! Can't wait to see the the results for my future reference. What have you done black in the bay, or is it a secret!? I got mat black spray for my rocker and possibly mani. Might try it next weekend?
So far i`ve done the rocker cover and charge pipe and rad filler neck and TB - oh and my hose finishers
I think im going to keep my mani polished, im just not to sure if the strut brace is going to remain chromed yet or not

I`ve decided to stop beating around the bush and just go for a set of brembos from Bill after having 2 sets of porsche calipers, last set wouldnt fit under my 16`s and the first set the disks didnt fit inside the calipers my bad for not checking but i made my money back on both sets so lost nothing!
I think the strut brace will be the last thing to go if it does i`d like to see how it matches everything else before i decide what to do.

I have a 2002 Ibiza cupra 1.8 20v and clutch is slipping really badly.
