Heres a few of my crazy boost logs guys.. It is confusing the hell out of me.

1.54bar @6300rpm which is also what the boost gauge reads.

It has a brand new bosch map sensor so that should be reading correctly.

My guage has been tested to 30psi and is accurate.

Why does it hold so much boost????

These little babys arrived today.. the 1st additions to my hybrid bits :) Next up 4bar fuelpump and maybe a k03 manifold to send to bill to port..

Is the standard manifold, ported, enough for a hybrid?

have a look in bills section i believe the ported manifolds flow the same if not better than high flow aftermarket manifolds.

No a ported one flows fine on hybrid, especially if you get Bill to port it :)

will the oem pump fit in it ok

Yep thats the oe pump in mine, just lengthen the pipe to fit, take out a bit of polystyrine near the wing, drill a few holes to mount the bracket and give it a good push in.

Just common sense really only took 20 mins ish
 
are taken care of allready mate my hole bay is stem cleaned,looks very nearly new

james when you cleand out your intercooler and pipe work what sort of fluid did you use? because this is also something id like to do
 
Nice! cant beat a clean bay.
Started off using engine degreaser didnt quite cut it so I done it all again with thinners. The degreaser worked really well on the Inlet manifold though, iv also heard shampoo works well!
