IIRC the centre bore is different on the Rover's..... not sure which way though... if the centre bore is too small you can just get the bored out by an engineering place.... if the centre bore is too big you can just use spigot rings

Google says that the Rover centre bore is only 56.1mm.... the Ibiza is 57.1mm
So you're going to need to get them bored out by the looks of it

Im pretty sure TD use spigot rings on all their wheels, it should be just a case of replacing them with the correct ones. Found them on the bay for £11 posted.

Didn't think about that.... I suppose most after-market wheel manufacturers will make the rims as universal as possible to minimise the number of variants they need to make/stock....
