Cheers :)

Another small update

Going to start making the custom intercooler pipework next!

Just ordered
Small washer bottle kit
Forge map sensor tube 63mm

Then ill be getting a pipework kit and a new intercooler as mines looking a bit shabby now and it is leaking slightly from one of the cores.

Will be beading the pipes myself so shouldnt have to worry about popping off etc

Sounds good mate

Its do-able yourself with extra hands

I did mine over a long weekend spending about 4 hours a day on it

Started saturday and finished monday morning but i did change downpipe, whole exhaust etc etc

getting the standard downpipe off took a day alone

Yer there were 2 sizes, 110mm and 240mm

I went for the longest to be safe as id rather have too much than too little :)

Once ive got all the intercooler pipework ready ill be buying the parts to relocate the battery too, so i can spend some time doing it all when the weather gets a bit warmer

I wouldn't of gone for the 110mm one for sure but you'll see how hard it is to get a straight piece of pipe in on the cold side, without making acute angles.

I think one thing on my side is my intercooler pipes attatch on the back of the intercooler, instead of the sides like most others.

I do see what you mean though, i was having a good look while the bumper was off the other day and it was my main concern, where to put the map tube lol

Couple of deliveries today

Got my intercooler pipework kit for the new setup

Also got my small washer bottle kit too so i can run the pipework down that route

Awaiting map sensor tube and turbo reducer then i can get cracking with it

Still need to bead the end of the pipes (once all ready, size etc)

Then i need an 8mm hose port welding on for the N75 valve

All to come soon though :)
