Oh finally fitted a bracket for the rear seats and got the strutbrace powdercoated and fitted.

Few more pics from this weekends work

I've been working on a heatshield for the bulkhead seeing as i didn't really have anything there, decided to modify a LCR heatshield and see how it goes, it's still work in progress at the moment but it'll give you an idea

Also finished fitting centre console back together with the gauges in

I've still got to do something with the wires for the vems, not sure wether to heat wrap them or try and get them behind the heatshield which will envolve cutting it about a bit more

Black gauge is a vems air/fuel and exhaust gas temp gauge

Yeah, the original one goes behind the brake lines though so there's nothing shielding them, they did have a small alloy one from factory but thought i'd try and come up with something a bit bigger.
How good it will be only time will tell i guess

what about bonnet raisers to get heat from under bonnet?i got a pic of mine some were

Had a set of them on it for a while now, may look at rising it up a bit more, will see what sort of egt's it's reading and go from there

alloy one factory extra? my bulk head is abit of a mess...im in need of some part numbers or parts.... at the bottom of bulk head, drivers side there is a big black hose/ducting that houses some cable..maybe clutch cable and others...you got a spare one at all? or a part number..mine is so perished its unreal

The tinfoil looking one behind the new one is factory fit (atleast i think it was, maybe it's the 20vt one)

Do you mean the rubber boot that goes over the steering knuckle (that's the only bit i can think of)
