Hextable mate 10 mins from darrford and 10mins from brands hatch lol the prept lot don't like me as when I used to go I put my foot down once now every time I go in there they say no speeding lol was over a year ago i done it ,I usually go with my mates may pop down

Mines done a little different I have come strait from under the inlet manifold left hand side as you look at it and gone strait to the dv , then I have removed all pipe work / black box on top of the rockercover , the only thing that's still there is the grey block as it's plugged in altho I'm going to get a resistor and take it out

I have this setup now also, but for the majority of peeps that want to keep the old pipework in place and do a simply bypass they should stick to the guide IMO untill they are a bit more comfortable with how it all works.

haha stuff um mate they let any old tom **** and harry in now and they speed and go back religiously mate so should be fine, plus this one is a mega meet with the essex players boys

Well just drove car for the first time after doing the bypass and fitting my panel filter car feels good and definitely picks up better

Best N249 bypass guide I've seen! I did it a few years ago on my MK3 Ibiza and only had my mates as an example and it proved to be very tricky following hoses around that werent supposed to be there! Cheers

Has anyone run a hose direct from top of DV to down by manifold where the original pipes come from
Looks like a pig to acess. Was thinking of doing this as have 2m of 5mm hose but looks too fiddly to gain access

I have just done this guided mod,

Took all of 15 mins to complete.. oh and £7

My set up is =

LCR 225
Custom 3" DP
Decatted
Custom cat back 2 3/4" with one silencer
stage2 generic map to suit setup.

WAS a quick Leon, Now Its brutal, I can say this mod has breathed some much needed power and urgency into an already quick car!

Yeah is good little mod did mine today
Did you guys use reinforced hose coz stuff I got isn't also did pipe from charge pipe to DV ane one above today came from Forge and are reinforced
