Options for DIY bumper repair?

How it happened I can only guess, I would be happy with a DIY fix, does not have to be perfect.

Anyone got any easyish DIY suggestions. ?.. Haven't tried anything yet apart from try to bend it back while still on the car unsuccessfully

Is the black bit that is bent at the bottom actually part of the bumper or a separate part, it looks screwed in at the bottom..

There are two issues..

1. Strip at bottom of bumper is cracked and left side bent downwards by the looks of it.
2. Black bit under that seems also bent downwards.

I think it would be a lot easier to whip the bumper off and have a look.

Yes, could do.. but want to see what I can do myself first.

I have tried to remove the black bit at the bottom, by removing all the torx screws under it, I think perhaps it also clips in or something, but could not get it to move and did not want to break it.. I think if I can get it off I can bend it back into shape.. anyone know how to remove this part after the screws are removed?

Given up! lol. Was doing more damage than was already done. Guess I'll leave it alone, and get a new cupra one if it starts to annoy me.
