DONT RUN THE ENGINE!
If the oil seels have gone the turbo can empty the contents of your sump into the engine in minutes, which meens bye bye valves or rods or both or worse
Get the turbo sorted n clean all the pipework n intercooler out before you run it.
Exactly what I was gonna say as I have learnt this from breakdowns at my work! But sounds like it is all stripped down now anyway, hope you can fix it
