ouch 1 glad i took out my spacers then and going to have to take it easy to work tomorrow just incase.

could you maybe put some of those spacers that change the camber of the wheel on. Would that put a bit more clearance between the tyre and wheelarch?
looks like i should have done a test fit before refurbing the wheels and wasteing £40 to get the tyres fitted and balance today

they are your friend. Can get proxey px4's for 9 quid more but them falkens are awesome tyres.
Can get 20mm spacers out back and lower quite allot and get little to no rubbing:
didnt rub, handled class and gripped in 2nd in the dry and was 270ftlbs. Same diameter and width.
Front with my other bbs wheels with same size tyres and spec, allot more clearance:

mine wont go that low because of the exhaust though anyways and sorry i just cant go lower than 205 width its just uncomprehendable
It should go that low, thats what the black cupra is like now, same suspension and adjusters out at the back. Each to their own though, dont get why its not even an option to you, as it'l solve all your issues and proven to work fine. Its 10mm tyre width difference between 195 and 205's and depending on the make of 205's you get they will be the same width as some 195's anyway.

Yep, scraped so bad, could only check when I got home, paint had burnt and flaked off.
Your best bet would be to get 195 or 205 with 40 profiles, maybe even 45 depending on how you want the arches filled!

Yep I can tell you a new wing to fit and paint is over £500 so don't wanna wreck your arches just to look cool lol!
They are good mate and nice and cheap too got 4 for mine for 140 by striking lucky haha grips in 2nd gear in the dry with them on
