Yeah I found mine on pistonheads had to drive nearly 4hours each way to collect them!
I really like the S3 alloys, I was open minded as to what I was going to buy but I saw these at a good price so had to have them!
I want to be a bit lower but the splitter is a snow plough as it is anyway.
Might try different tyres next time, toyos don't last long enough.

really nice car mate. I'm from Macc too so I've seen you about a few times.

I've also had a couple of custom exhausts from JP, really happy with their quality.

Yeah Im well happy with my exhaust, JP's do great work. When I worked for halfrauds many moons ago I used to send customers up to them all the time! haha

Yeah my readers ride is here: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=248638

pretty standard really, did have plans for FMIC, stage 2.... but then I just moved out of my parents and got my first mortgage, so now all thats gone out the window and it's staying as it is...

I've only seen a couple of modified Seats round here, one being yours, the other being a black Mk3 Ibiza CupraR which has SCN plates, lives on Hawthorn Way Hurdsfield, dunno who owns it though.

Love the exhaust in the centre looks really nice and also love the smoothed out reflectors. It's on my plans in the future due to my rear bumper need repainting as some stupid person bumped me in a car park and cracked the paint.

You have a really nice bezza there keep up the good work

Updates!

Finally took a few pics.

Been doing loads of little bits mainly engine bay stuff, still got to repaint my strut brace and a few other bits.

Trying to find some new wheels and rear bumper at the moment as my current bumper is cracked (some punk crashed into it and drove off) so its held together with stickers!

Just done my rear lights with Lamin-x and fitted black coolant and washer caps.

Next bits to do:
1.New wheels or recondition current ones.
2.Get the paintwork tidied up, the bottom of my drivers door is a bit scabby and there are a few stone chips.
3.New coilovers

So what do you think?
Sorry the pics are rubbish, digi-cam screen is broken so I was guessing!

Saw you overtaking a few cars on the Cat&Fiddle back to Macc today.. Looked like she was going well

haha, that made me laugh! had the mrs and the dog in the car so had to take it easy and all those speed cameras have totally ruined what was a brilliant bit of road.
And it does my head in when people drive at less than 30 in a 50 limit!

I didn't notice your car?

Also did the little washers on top of the headlamps and one of the engine hooks just to tidy them up a bit.

I think I'm getting addicted to this crackle black finish :D

Really need to do something with my bonnet stay now, I'm thinking paint and then try and cover the ends where it attaches so the paint doesn't chip.

Very nice looking car, just wondered how much your Bilstein springs and dampers lowered the car by, as liking the look of it.

A few little updates

So, I'm still concentrating on the engine bay.

Jobs done
Black coolant cap
Black washer cap
Crackle black bonnet stay
Air ducting added to air filter (although that may be shown in pics above)

Next
Keep bidding on wheels on ebay but I'm a cheapskate, Ill end up with some more S3 rims so wont look any different unless I decide to paint them RED?
Got my money back from the scum that never sent the new rear bumper I won so will be on the look out for another one.
And still keeping an open mind with regards to some coilovers.

looks like a nice bay just need to hide the boost guage pipe and amp wire, there is another grommit lower down under the ecu.
the more i look at these mk4 ibiza threads the more i miss mine i like them most out of any of the seat range.

Thanks very much.

I do love the ibiza, think they are a great little car. I keep looking around at changing it but then remember I pay very little tax and its so good on fuel and insurance that anything else with a similar spec would cost me alot more to run.
