MK.4 Ibiza TDi Cupra Front wishbone Front bushes, part numbers?

I have a MK.4 02 plate, TDi130 Sport and have the Cupra front, rear wishbone bushes to fit as the standard ones are sh*te and want to do the Front, Front wishbone bushes at the same time.

does anybody know what the SEAT part numbers for the Cupra TDi Front wishbone, Front bushes please?

i've already got the front wishbone solid cupra rear bushes.
its the front wishbone front bushes , the ones that the bolt pass through holding the wishbone on to the car, that i'd like the part no.s for?
i think i may aswell do these whilst i'm doing the others.

read a few threads on the VRs ARB, how much bigger is it than the ibiza one?
and how much is it?

the cupra arb is 20mm thick and the vrs is 21mm thick ive got the vrs 1 to go on mine the bushes come in the lower arm dont think they come seperatly ??

iirc yes but thats seat parts if powerflex sell the bushes then if you remove the bushes from your lower arm you can press the new bushes in :shrug ive never looked into this but im interested into how its done and prices!

Im not sure which bits are even needed tho.

Basically looking at vRS ARB and Cupra bushes. But are there front and rear bushes? Worth getting both? etc etc?

the rears are the ones you want T , the wishbones on the 130s and 160s are identical and hence the bushes , these bushes cant be had separately , only change the arms if u think they are shafted , i changed mine a few months ago and noticed a firmer ride , all the bushes , top mounts etc were done at this time.
